The following terms and conditions govern the process of returning purchased items:
Incorrect Delivery: If your delivery is incorrect due to missing items or receiving the wrong item, we will promptly replace or refund your order upon request. This policy applies to both missing and incorrect items. To initiate a refund, please notify us immediately and refrain from opening the items. We will then guide you through the return process, and upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
Defective Items: In case the items you received are defective upon arrival, please notify us promptly through our website’s contact form or by email. The items must be returned in their original box, including any documentation or accessories. If the issue is confirmed on our end, we will expedite a replacement on the same day. Alternatively, we can provide a full refund using your original payment method. Upon inspecting the returned items, if no defects are found, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipment costs.
Damaged Products in Transit: Upon receiving the goods, please inform us immediately if any items were damaged during transportation. The items should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the returned item, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a purchased item, according to the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return it within seven days of purchase or receipt. The products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Once the goods are returned, we will process a full refund using the original payment method.
Opened Packages: If your shipment arrives opened or damaged, please return the items if you are dissatisfied. We will offer a replacement or refund using the same payment method.
Note that returns are not accepted for opened stimulants or salts due to their delicate nature. Please be aware that certain limitations apply to the returns policy, particularly with stimulants and salts.
